Shipping

All Doggondiments orders received Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders received on National Holidays will be processed the following business day and shipped within 2 business days.

We do require a phone number be provided at checkout. This is solely and only used if USPS has a delivery question and needs to get in touch with a customer while the order is in route.

Shipping to Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska only. 

All shipping rates are non-refundable once order has shipped. 

If any of the products received in your order are damaged or deemed defective, please give us a call within 5 business days from the delivery date of your package at (813) 895-3261 to discuss obtaining a replacement.

If you receive an Order Delivery Confirmation Email or Track your Order and it shows as Delivered but have not received your package - please notify us within 5 business days so we may open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Returns

We here at Doggondiments stand behind our products and want you to love them as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within thirty (30) days of purchase. Your returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation email. Shipping costs paid on your order will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the merchandise for a refund. Please call  813-895-3261 to obtain proper return address, prior to shipping merchandise.

Purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card used to place the order. For your security, there are no exceptions to this policy.
